I have had my mat for almost a year, living in the mid north coast we get an enormous amount of rain which means muddy paws!! These mats are brilliant, I have just ordered 2 more. After 12 months the back of the mat has split in several places. I will still be using it until the new ones arrive, I will have one for both the front and back doors, when the mat is shaken outside it’s amazing the amount of dirt and grit that comes out. I wash my mat around every 6 weeks, in between a good shake or a vacuum works. Can highly recommend these mats

This is perfect for our pups n home, we purchased a large mat for our kelpie x. She likes to lie on it, it traps the dirt, doesn’t slip on the wooden flooring - I tested it from an adult perspective, it’s soft and washes up well.
