Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. If you need to make changes after dispatch, please refer to our refund/exchange policy. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs. For issues with lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will investigate the matter and replace the item if necessary.
